Entertainment only

GameMind games are provided for recreation. They are not medical, psychological, educational or professional assessments, and scores should not be interpreted as measures of health or intelligence.

Player names, avatars and results

You are responsible for the public name and avatar you submit. Do not impersonate another person, use protected GameMind staff names, upload unlawful or infringing material, or submit abusive, hateful, sexual or deceptive content. You grant GameMind a limited license to store, resize and publicly display your submitted avatar and public game identity for operation of the service. You may remove the avatar from your profile.

Leaderboard integrity

You may not automate play, exploit bugs, manipulate requests, submit fabricated results or interfere with other players. We may remove suspicious scores, names or avatars and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, GameMind owns or licenses the site design, original game data, written explanations and brand materials. You may share links and personal score cards, but you may not scrape, resell, republish or create a competing database from substantial portions of the games.

Availability and corrections

We work to keep games accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every question will be error-free. We may correct, replace, suspend or retire content at any time.

Third-party services

The website may use third-party hosting, analytics, advertising or email services. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. GameMind is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the free service.
