This Privacy Policy explains how GameMind Daily (“GameMind,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit https://gamemind.net/ and play our browser games.

Information stored in your browser

GameMind uses local browser storage to remember a random player identifier, your chosen public name, avatar URL, recent results, streak and game progress. Clearing GameMind site data in your browser creates a new local player identity and may disconnect previous results from that browser.

Public player profiles and leaderboards

No account or email address is required to choose a public name, upload an avatar or submit a score. We store a salted one-way representation of the random identifier generated by your browser. Public leaderboards may display your chosen name, avatar, score, completion time, number of plays and streak. The raw browser token and your email address are not stored in leaderboard rows.

Avatar uploads

If you upload a JPG, PNG or WebP avatar, the image is stored in our media system and shown publicly with your leaderboard identity. Do not upload an image you do not have permission to use, an image containing sensitive information, or an image with location metadata you do not wish to share. You may remove the avatar from the player profile.

Game results and security

We process the game played, score, maximum score, completion time, streak and date so we can operate leaderboards, keep each player’s best result and protect the integrity of rankings. Standard server logs may temporarily contain an IP address, device information, requested URL and timestamp for security and reliability.

Analytics, cookies and advertising

When enabled, analytics services such as Google Analytics may collect page views, approximate location, device type and game interactions. Advertising partners, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, limit and measure ads. Where required, consent choices should be presented before non-essential advertising or analytics storage is used.

Service providers

We may use hosting, security, analytics, advertising and email providers to operate the website. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell a player’s public profile as a personal-data list.

Retention and your choices

Leaderboard results are retained while they remain useful for rankings and site integrity. Uploaded avatars remain until removed, replaced or moderated. You may clear local data in your browser, remove an avatar from the profile, or contact us to request deletion or correction of information associated with your public name. We may request reasonable information to verify the request.

Children

GameMind is a general-audience entertainment website and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information for a child under 13.

We may update this policy when site features or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.

Journey, recovery codes and Relay Garden

GameMind can use your salted browser player identity and real game results to show private progress, personal bests, badges, weekly quests and Daily Mix history. A recovery code is created in your browser and is not stored by GameMind; anyone who receives it may be able to restore that public player identity, so keep it private. Relay Garden stores a salted player identifier, public player name, claimed relay leg and completion status. No email address or account is required.
